Mr. Gasbarre is founder and Managing Partner of Meticulum. He founded his executive search practice in 1994 after four years in the search industry, including the Chicago-based retained firms of Nordeman Grimm and Dieckmann & Associates. Mr. Gasbarre's expertise and demand for excellence built his practice into the leading Maine-based retained search firm for companies within the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Sustainable Energy and Environmental Health industries. He has developed an extensive network by showing a genuine concern for the long-term staffing goals and profitability of his clients and the career development of his candidates.
Mr. Gasbarre was born and raised in Wooster, Ohio. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from Grinnell College in 1986, he spent four successful years in sales prior to undertaking a career in executive search.
